Is the wood treated?
Our wood is stained and sealed to protect it from the sun’s UV rays, termite treatment requires the dirt around the perimeter of the structure be treated. An exterminating company would be needed for that.
Do you do electrical work?
Yes. As a Licensed General Contractor (AZ ROC 300233 KB-2) we are able to undertake electrical installations. We can add ceiling fans, ambiance lighting and outlets.
Do we need permits?
Yes, permits are typically required, and we will handle all the permitting process that is needed for your project.
Do you help with HOA Approvals?
Yes, we will help you obtain the necessary HOA Approvals needed.
